The hexcrafter magus picks one hex from the witch\u2019s hex list<\/a>. He gains the benefit of or uses that hex as if he were a witch of a level equal to his magus level.<\/p>\n<\/div> Magus Arcana<\/h3> At 3rd level, a hexcrafter selects a magus arcana<\/a> as normal.<\/p>\n After he gains his first witch hex at 4th level, a hexcrafter may choose to select any witch hex<\/a> he qualifies for in place of a new magus arcana. At 12th level, the hexcrafter may select a hex or major hex in place of a new magus arcana. At 18th level, a hexcrafter can select a hex, major hex, or grand hex in place of a new magus arcana. He cannot select any hex or arcana more than once.\u00a0<\/p>\n Additional Magus Arcana Options<\/h4>\n A hexcrafter may also select from the following magus arcana options.<\/p>\n Accursed Strike (Sp)<\/h5>\n A hexcrafter magus who can cast bestow curse<\/em><\/a>, major curse<\/a><\/em>, or any other spell with the curse descriptor can deliver these prepared spells using the spellstrike ability, even if the spells are not touch attack spells.<\/p>\n Akashic Hex (Su)<\/h5>\n Prerequisite:<\/strong> Essence pool 1.<\/p>\n A hexcrafter with access to essence can gain this magus arcana to learn a fisherking hex. This hex has the same restrictions as when he selects a witch hex.
