All motion ceases. No blade swings. No spell completes. No will asserts itself. You do not act. You simply are, and the world joins you in silence. Those who disturb tranquility find the world itself rejects them.

All opponents within 60 feet take 5d6 psychic damage and must make a Will save (DC 19 + initiation modifier).

On a failed save, an opponent is staggered, flat-footed, and silenced and may not make attacks of opportunity or take immediate actions. In addition, if they move from their current space, they take 2d6 psychic damage for every 5 feet that they move, dealt as a single effect at the end of their movement (instant movement, such as teleportation, counts as moving their maximum move speed or the distance they teleported, whichever is less).

On a successful save, an opponent instead flat-footed and takes only 1d6 psychic damage for every 5 feet that they move.

This effect lasts until the start of your next turn.
