Your luck is worse than normal for a halfling. Worse, those around you suffer from bad luck.
Benefit: You lose the Halfling Luck racial ability and instead gain the ability to curse others. As a standard action, you can inflict a -1 trait penalty to the saving throws of a target within 30 feet. You can only jinx one creature at a time, and the jinx lasts 24 hours or until you jinx a new creature. A successful Will save (DC 10 + 1/2 your hit dice + your Charisma modifier) negates the jinx and renders the target immune to it for 24 hours.
