You unleash a blast of crackling energy in a cone, much like a breath weapon. All creatures within the cone take 1d10 energy damage based on your Draconic Element. This invocation gains a descriptor matching the energy type of your Draconic Element.
This invocation deals increased damage when you reach a higher class level: 2d10 at 5th level, 3d10 at 10th level, 4d10 at 15th level, and 5d10 at 20th level.
Once you cast eldritch dragonfire, you can’t use this breath weapon again until 1d4 rounds later.
This invocation is counted as eldritch blast for the purposes of invocations and abilities based on eldritch blast. It is considered to have a number of beams equal to its number of damage dice based on your level. Invocations and abilities which can affect eldritch blast may instead affect this invocation.
Only a draconic bloodline warlock or a dragonblood invoker may learn this invocation.
