A simple eyepatch forms over the eye of the Watcher. Those who the Watcher has cursed see the Watcher’s gaze in every shadow.
Once per round, the entitled can bestow a latent curse onto a weapon they touch as a swift action. Until the start of the entitled’s next turn, any creature struck by that weapon is afflicted with the Menacing Gaze curse for 1 minute. Causing them to be distracted by the constant, ominous eyes that seem to peer deep into their very soul.
Victims of the Menacing Gaze curse take a -2 penalty on attack rolls against targets other than the entitled and have the save DCs of their abilities reduced by 1 if those abilities are not being used against the entitled.
Essence
Each point of essence invested in this veil increases the victim’s attack penalty by 1.
Every two points of essence invested in this veil increases the penalty to save DCs by 1.
Chakra Bind (Head)
Whenever the entitled deals damage to a victim of his Menacing Gaze curse, the entitled gains temporary hit points equal to half of the damage dealt. These temporary hit points last for 1 minute and do not stack with themselves.
