This technique allows you to briefly transport yourself to the Ethereal plane and use the ectoplasmic nature of that realm to repair physical damage with its spectral energies, though this comes with a not insignificant risk.
As a full-round action, you may become incorporeal for one round and heal a number of hit points of damage equal to twice your ranks in the Stealth skill.
Each time you make this transition between planes, you run the risk of temporarily losing yourself there.When you use this maneuver, you must make a Will save (DC 14 +1 for each time you’ve used this maneuver since your last Long Rest). On a failed save, you do not heal and instead suffer 2d6 damage and remain incorporeal for 2d4 rounds, stuck in the borderlands between the Material and the Ethereal Planes, after which you gain one level of exhaustion for 1 hour.
