You focus your thoughts to get into the mindset of your enemies, trying to understand and thus predict their actions.
Make an attack against an identified creature; if successful, you can read the surface thoughts of the target creature as by the read thoughts power until the end of your next turn. A successful Will save (DC 13 + initiation modifier) negates your ability to read their thoughts.
Until the start of your next turn, your ability to predict that actions of the target creature grants you a +2 bonus to AC and saving throws against any attacks or abilities that creature uses that target or affect you.
