You place yourself on the narrow bridge, guarding the path between life and death, ensuring those who approach the bridge remain in their own Lands. While you maintain this stance, you gain resistance to positive and negative energy damage equal to your initiator level and a permanent deathwatch effect. If this effect is dispelled or suppressed, it resumes automatically at the start of your next turn so long as you maintain this stance.
Finally, once per round, you may use an immediate action to heal one creature within 30 feet for a number of hit points equal to your initiation modifier. This healing cannot restore a creature to more than half its normal maximum hit points. The target creature is successfully healed regardless of whether it is healed by positive or negative energy.
