These small spectacles of bronzed and crystalline akasha allow you to focus your vision and detect magical auras.
Upon weaving this veil, you gain the ability to use detect magic at will as a spell-like ability with a caster level equal to your veilweaver level. This functions exactly as the spell, except that the range of your detection is limited to 20 feet.
Essence
For each point of essence invested in this veil, the range at which you can see magic auras increases by 5 feet. In addition, you gain an insight bonus on the skill check needed to identify a magic aura or item equal to the invested essence.
