This grim curse afflicts its victims with a breathless exhaustion, and a dark bruise forms around their necks.
Make a melee attack. If it hits, it deals weapon damage as normal, and the target must succeed at a Fortitude save (DC 14 + your initiation modifier) or become cursed and exhausted for a number of rounds equal to your initiator level.
