Upon striking a foe with your spell scroll, the magic contained within is unleashed to disrupt the target’s magic in a rather painful manner.
As part of this maneuver, you make a melee touch attack against your foe with a spell scroll you wield. This attack affects the target with a targeted dispel as per the dispel magic spell, except that you replace the dispel check with a Linguistics check.
The target of this maneuver takes damage equal to the level of the spell stored on the spell scroll times the number of ongoing spell effects that are successfully dispelled. For example, if a 3rd-level spell scroll is used to initiate this maneuver and 4 spell effects are dispelled, then the target would take 12 total damage (3 × 4 = 12).
This maneuver consumes the spell scroll used as though the spell it contained had been cast.
