Wild Surge
An efficient wilder has learned to control her emotions and use the surge of energy in a more efficient manner, rather than as a huge blast of power. An efficient wilder has two different types of wild surge, her basic wild surge and an efficient wild surge.
When a wilder invokes an efficient wild surge, she may gain the temporary power points as normally granted by her basic wild surge without increasing her manifester level. This effectively reduces the cost to manifest the power without increasing its strength, which makes it less dangerous to manifest.
An efficient wilder may use her basic wild surge as normal, but she rarely chooses to do so.
Psychic Enervation
When an efficient wilder suffers psychic enervation, she loses a number of power points equal to her manifester level and is staggered until the end of her next turn.
Surge Bond
The efficient wilder gains Enervation Fortitude as a bonus feat.
Improved Surge Bond
At 5th level and again at 9th and 13th, her chance of triggering psychic enervation when using an efficient surge is reduced by 5% to a minimum of 0%.
At 9th level and again 17th, her chance of triggering psychic enervation with a basic wild surge is reduced by 5% to a minimum of 5%.
