The draconic weaver has been accepted by a patron dragon known as a Vritra. She forgoes the traditional breath weapon of the dragon speaker, which the vritra lacks, instead learning to weave the akashic power of her dragon patron into powerful draconic veils.

A vritra dragon’s Draconic Element changes based on the veils it weaves. Most vritra dragons tend to prefer electricity, due to their natural immunity. A draconic weaver can choose any element available through their draconic veils (see Draconic Veilweaving below) that set a draconic element. If the draconic weaver does not weave any veils that set his draconic element, it is determined as normal as if he had no patron dragon.

Draconic Arcana
A draconic weaver does not gain spell slots or a breath weapon, so she is unable to activate draconic feats which require casting a spell or sacrificing a spell or spell slot.

Draconic Veilweaving
The draconic weaver is able to weave the magic of akasha into draconic veils.
She uses her Charisma as her veilweaving modifier. The Difficulty Class for a saving throw against her veils is 10 + the number of essence invested in the veil + her veilweaving modifier.
Her veilweaver level is equal to her dragon speaker level. The draconic weaver can weave only a limited number of veils at one time, as given on Table: The Draconic Weaver. She knows and can weave all veils belonging to the Dragon’s Raiment veil set. A draconic weaver must benefit from a Long Rest and spend one hour in meditation in order to weave her veils for the day.
In addition, at 1st level, she gains access to her personal essence pool, granting her energy to invest into her veils and other essence receptacles. The amount of essence she gains is indicated on Table: The Draconic Weaver. She can allocate essence investments every round as a swift action. Her total Hit Dice determines her essence capacity, which is the maximum essence she can invest into any one receptacle.
Chakra Binds
At 3rd level and every 2 levels thereafter, you unlock chakra binds in the following order: Hands, Feet, Head, Wrist, Shoulders, Headband, Neck, Belt, and Chest. Once you have unlocked a chakra bind, you may choose to bind a veil to that chakra when weaving it to unlock its corresponding bind abilities.
Draconic Weaver and Prestige Classes
Unlike a standard dragon speaker, a draconic weaver gains no benefit from classes that advance arcane spellcasting. Classes which progress veilweaving give their normal benefits to a draconic weaver and also grants new auras known.
