Dragonborn are a diverse lot. Their dragon ancestors differ in attitudes and abilities depending on their kind, and the magical nature of dragons means that their non-dragon ancestry can be nearly anything. This diversity might seem to preclude the idea of a dragonborn paragon, but the overwhelming strength of the dragon heritage makes such paragons possible. Dragonborn paragons are defined in large part by the nature of their dragon ancestor, making a dragonborn descended from a gold dragon much different from one descended from a red dragon—although both are gifted with extraordinary physical abilities and force of personality.

Class Features
Weapon and Armor Proficiency
A Dragonborn Paragon is proficient with Basic weapons. They are proficient with light armor and with shields (but not with tower shields).
If not using weapon groups, a Dragonborn Paragon is proficient with simple weapons.
Dragon Scion
A dragonborn paragon gains the Intermediate Bloodline feat as a bonus feat which applies to her draconic bloodline.
A dragonborn who already possesses Intermediate Bloodline instead gains one bloodline level at no cost, which can exceed the normal maximum based on her Hit Dice.
Enhanced Dragonscale
A dragonborn adds their paragon class level to the natural armor and energy reistance granted by their dragonscale ability.
Breath Weapon
A dragonborn paragon’s breath weapon becomes easier to use and more powerful as the dragonborn embraces her racial prowess.
A dragonborn gains one additional daily use of their innate breath weapon at 2nd level and again at 3rd level. When completing a short rest, a dragonborn paragon still regains only one use of their breath weapon. They require a long rest to regain all three uses.
At 3rd level, the damage dealt by a dragonborn’s innate breath weapon increases by 1d6. This stacks with the increase gained from their Hit Dice.
Ability Boost
At 3rd level, a dragonborn paragon’s Constitution score increases by 2 points.
