Your base speed increases by 5 feet.
Essence
Each point of essence invested in this veil increases your base speed by an additional 5 feet.
Chakra Bind (Feet)
The crystalline energy solidifies into a pair of supple leather boots in with a pale, almost yellow hue.
Binding this veil to your Feet chakra makes you particularly skilled at evading your enemies’ blades. As long as this veil is bound, you gain the use of the Essence of Movement feat, even if you wouldn’t otherwise qualify for it. You do not gain the bonus essence granted by that feat.
You cannot invest essence into that feat, but any essence invested in this veil counts as essence invested in that feat for determining its bonuses.
