This golden veil is a construct of your pure unwavering belief that the world is rightfully yours.
While wearing this veil, you project an unshakeable aura of authority that makes other beings naturally inclined to trust you. Any creature that comes within 60 feet of you must immediately make a Will save or have their attitude toward you automatically improved by one step.
This attitude change lasts for 1 hour per character level at which point the affected target’s attitude drops one step. Any improvements to the affected creature’s attitude resulting from successful Persuasion checks or other similar actions taken after the creature was affected by the ability remain.
This veil has no impact on creatures without sight.
Once a creature has passed or failed their save against this ability they cannot be affected again for 24 hours.
Essence
For each point of essence invested in this ability you gain a +1 insight bonus to Persuasion checks against any creature that has been affected by this veil’s primary ability within the past 24 hours.
Chakra Bind (Chest)
While bound to your Chest chakra, when an opponent targets you with a melee or ranged attack, you can spend an immediate action to make a Persuasion check. You can use the result as your AC or touch AC against that attack. If this attack comes from an opponent against whom you would gain a bonus to Persuasion checks, that bonus applies to this check as well.
