Rebuke

[Emotion, Fear, Mind-Affecting]

Class:Fisherking
Chakra: Voice
Saving Throw:Will partial (bound)

The harsh sound of a monarch’s rebuke is a terrible thing, best avoided, and is often spoken about in hushed whispers afterward.

As a standard action you can harshly admonish a creature, launching a ray of tangible scorn within close range (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 veilweaver levels). If it hits, this ray deals damage equal to 1d6 + your veilweaving modifier.

This attack has no effect on mindless creatures or those immune to fear.

Essence

For each point of essence invested in this veil, the ray’s damage increases by 1d6.

Chakra Bind (Voice)

Binding this veil to your Voice chakra allows you to show multiple creatures your displeasure at once. You gain one additional ray for every point of essence invested in this veil. Each ray requires its own attack roll; the rays can be aimed individually, but no more than two rays may target any one creature.

In addition, creatures struck by one or more rays must make a successful Will save or become Shaken. Already shaken creatures progress fear as normal. Already panicked creatures who fail their save become paralyzed by their fear for one round.
