Chakra Bind (Hands)
Binding this veil to your Hands chakra allows you to fire focused blasts of storm. In addition to the melee touch attack granted by this veil, you can also use a standard action to deliver this attack via a ranged touch attack with a range of 30 feet + 5 feet per point of essence invested in this veil.
Chakra Bind (Wrist)
Binding this veil to your Wrists chakra allows you to apply the bonus damage to attacks made with any weapon you wield (including natural attacks). This bonus damage does not stack with similar weapon effects like shocking and frost.
