[Title]
Class: | Rajah |
Chakra: | Neck |
Saving Throw: | Reflex negates |
Golden akasha settles within the Dragon’s throat. When the Dragon proves themselves worthy, the essence within surges forth as a white hot flame.
The entitled gains the benefits of the Two-Weapon Fighting feat.
In addition, when the entitled hits with an attack from both their primary and off-hand weapons or with two different naturals weapons (two different claws, a claw and a bite, but not two bites, for example) in the same turn, they may, once per round as a swift action before the end of the turn, breathe a 20-foot cone or a 40-foot line of white-hot akasha, dealing 1d4 points of psychic damage to all opponents within the area (Reflex negates).
The save DC for this veil’s breath attack is equal to 10 + 1/2 the weaver’s veilweaver level + his veilweaving modifier.
Essence
Each point of essence invested in this veil reduces the entitled’s penalty for fighting with two weapons by 1, to a minimum of 0.
In addition, each point of essence invested in this veil increases the breath weapon’s damage by one step on the following scale: 1d4 > 1d6 > 3d6 > 5d6 > 7d6 > 9d6 > 11d6 > 13d6 > 15d6 > 17d6 > 19d6.
Chakra Bind (Neck)
After hitting a creature with both their primary and off-hand weapons in the same round, the entitled’s weapons ignite until the end of their next turn; such ignition allows these weapons to ignore an amount of DR equal to 1/2 the weaver’s veilweaver level + 1 for each point of essence invested in this veil.
Additionally, the maximum essence capacity of this veil increases by 2.
