By imbuing a target with the power of a spirit, you spur them on with intense passion. The target of this hex gains a +1 morale bonus to attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, and Will saves for 1 minute. At 8th-level, this morale bonus increases to +2, and at 16th level, it increases to +3. This is a mind-affecting effect. Once a creature has benefited from the fervor hex, it cannot benefit from it again for 24 hours.
