You receive Brew Potion as a bonus feat, even if you don’t meet the prerequisites.
You may create potions without meeting their prerequisites by increasing the crafting DC by 5 for each prerequisite you do not meet. When crafting potions in this manner, you can only create potions of spells on the witch spell list that a witch of your effective caster level could cast (for example, 2nd level potions at 3rd level).
You cannot select both this hex and the witch’s cauldron hex. This hex counts as the witch’s cauldron hex.
