A fine mist of ki fills the air around you. You gain the effect of the blur spell for 1 round for every 4 cultivator levels you possess.
Adept Ki Formation
The ki mist extends out to 10 feet, and enemies find that the mist obscures their vision, similar to obscuring mist. This has no effect on the vision of allies.
Master Ki Formation
The ki mist extends out to 15 feet, and the mist tugs at opponents who try to force their way through it. Any enemy attempting to move through the mist progresses at a speed of 5 feet, regardless of its normal speed, and it takes a -2 penalty on all melee attack and melee damage rolls. The mist prevents effective ranged weapon attacks (except for magic rays and the like). An enemy can’t take a 5-foot step within the mist. The negative effects of the mist have no effect on allies.
