The impenetrable steel focuses on unbending resiliency.
While in this stance, you gain Damage Reduction 5/magic (this is a bonus from esoterica). In addition, each time you are struck by a melee or ranged attack, you gain 1 ki point.
However, you do not gain ki from making successful melee attacks and only gain 1 ki point from a confirmed critical hit. When you meditate to regain ki, you gain only half the normal amount.
Adept Steel Stance
When you become an adept, the damage reduction from this stance improves to DR 10/magic.
Master Steel Stance
Your damage reduction improves to DR 10/adamantine when you master this stance. In addition, you gain 2 ki points each time an opponent strikes you with a melee or ranged attack.
Grandmaster Steel Stance
Grandmastery of this stance grants you DR 15/– while it remains active.
