You link your mind with another psionic creature’s mind, creating a brief conduit through which mental energy can be shared. When you manifest this power, you transfer up to 2 of the power points spent to manifest this power to the target. You can transfer only as many power points to a target as it has manifester levels, with any leftover power points simply being lost.
Temporary power points cannot be transferred using this power. Reducing the power point cost of this power also reduces the number of power points transferred. Feats and effects which duplicate a power (such as Twin Power) or allow you to select or affect additional targets (such as affinity field) do not generate additional power points, instead causing the transferred power points to be split among all selected targets as you choose.
Because of the intimate nature of this power, it cannot be fabricated into a psionic item—only power points generated by a psionic creature in the moment can be shared using bestow power.
