You sow discord and tension in your opponents’ minds, provoking them to violence against their allies. For purposes of this power, an affected creature becomes an insurgent. At the start of each of its turns, an insurgent must make a Will save. On a successful save, this power ends for that insurgent, and they are free to act normally.
On a failed save, the insurgent moves towards the nearest creature, whether friend or foe, and makes a single melee attack against that creature using whatever weapon they have in hand or an unarmed strike if they do not hold a weapon. (An insurgent never targets their own psicrystal, familiar, or other such companion.) Insurgents will continue to attack unconscious creatures until they are dead. The insurgent may take no other actions on their turn. If the insurgent is unaware of any nearby creatures, they simple stand in place.
If any creature adjacent to an insurgent provokes an attack of opportunity, the insurgent always makes that attack if able.

For every 2 additional power points you spend, the save DC increases by 1 and you may target one additional creature.
