A haze of ionized particles fills the area you designate, discharging electrical energy on any creature that approaches them. Creatures within the area of charged particles take 5d6 electricity damage and must make a Fortitude save. On a failed save, the charged particles stick to the creature causing them to become vulnerable to electricity damage (they take +50% damage as normal from electricity damage) for the duration of this spell.
