Frost rimes your hand as small wisps of frigid air waft from your fingertips. The cold and frost harm neither you nor your equipment.
You can strike an opponent with a melee touch attack, dealing nonlethal cold damage damage equal to 1d6 +1 point per caster level (maximum +5), and the target becomes fatigued. The fatigued condition ends when the target recovers from the nonlethal damage. This spell cannot progress a target’s exhaustion level beyond fatigued.
