With an arcane flourish, you imbue a spell scroll with a quickly-fading power that strengthens the spell stored within.
You temporarily apply a metamagic feat you know to a single spell stored on the spell scroll touched. If you cast the spell from the scroll before the end of your turn, the spell gains the benefit of the applied metamagic feat.
The applied metamagic feat must not increase the level of the spell by more than +1.
