You strike a foe with a spell scroll, and the ink leaps from the page to float around the head of the target, filling his vision with seemingly senseless arcane symbols and his ears with indistinct eldritch chanting.
As part of this maneuver, you make a melee attack against your foe with a spell scroll you wield. This attack deals 1d6 damage.
If the attack hits, make a Linguistics check. The target becomes distracted and must make a concentration check to successfully cast spells (DC equal to the damage dealt + your Decipher Script check + the level of the spell written on the scroll) for 1 round.
This maneuver causes the scroll to become inert, even if the attack misses.
