You move with calculated slowness. The current pulls your enemy into the speed of your flow.
Make a melee attack. If it hits, it deals damage as normal, and the target is Immobilized for 1 round and must make a Will save (DC 15 + initiation modifier). If they fail the save, their initiative count is increased by 10, which may affect combat order. If the target has a readied action, that action is also lost on a failed save. If the target has already acted in this round, they do not gain an additional turn.
