By shifting your essence partially into the Astral plane, you find that moving through that plane is as easy as moving through the Material plane. While in this stance, you may teleport up to your movement speed as a move action or twice your movement speed as a full-round action, at will. You must be able to see the destination and have line of effect to teleport to it.
