The waters are parted and your foe strikes you. As they rush back into place, your foe is swept under the waves.

You may initiate this counter in response to an attacker damaging you with a melee or ranged attack. Resolve the attack normally. After the attack is resolved, the attacker must make a successful Will save (DC 16 + initiation modifier) or immediately end their current turn, losing any remaining actions for the current round and be staggered on their next turn.
