You imbue your touch with negative energy that drains an enemy’s stamina. Make a melee touch attack; if successful, the target takes 1d6 negative energy damage and gains 1 level of fatigue. This technique cannot increase fatigue beyond level 3.

Creatures healed by negative energy are immune to the effects of this technique.
