This insidious strike leaves a creature burdened with phantom weight that bears them down.
Make a melee attack. If it hits, it deals weapon damage as normal, and the target takes a penalty to each of their movement speeds equal to 10 feet + 5 feet per four initiator levels. In addition, a struck target becomes cursed for a number of rounds equal to your initiator level.
