Generations ago, the Gōngjiàng Sect was counted amount the Great Clans which founded the Empire of Seven Dragons. Though they have lost prominence over the years, their traditional style known as the Revered Ancestors taps into the lost wisdom of the past to enlighten those living in the present.
The Revered Ancestors style focuses on gaining knowledge and insight from past masters, asking the ancestors for their blessings, and refining the mind and spirit the impose one’s will on reality.
The Ancestor School forms one of the two pillars of power within the Gōngjiàng Sect. They see the Artisan School within the same sect as both allies and bitter rivals. Few martial disciples embrace both of the sect’s traditions, but those who do find themselves embroiled within the frequent internal power struggles. Secretly, both schools hope that a disciple will one day grow powerful enough with both schools to unite the clan and usher in a new golden age for the Gōngjiàng.
