A thick exoskeleton forms over your skin. The exoskeleton usually consists of interlocking plates of bone or chitin covering 90% or more of your body.

Benefit

You gain a +3 mutation bonus to your natural armor, which stacks with your existing natural armor bonus.

Special

A creature with any other mutation that grants a natural armor bonus cannot gain this mutation.
