You gain mindlink as a psi-like ability. This ability has a duration of Permanent, but the maximum range at which you can communicate is 100 feet. If you and the linked creature move more than 100 feet apart, the telepathic link severs instantly.
You may establish a number of active telepathic links equal to 1 + your Intelligence bonus, but each link requires a separate manifestation of this ability. At your option, creatures connected to you may communicate with one another directly, though you are able to hear their conversation.
