Conserving power has always been a problem for manifesters. The cognizance psicrystal holds an ever expanding storage which can hold your psionic power, making it available to you at a later date.
You may store power points in your cognizance psicrystal as a move action, to a maximum number of power points equal to your manifester level. These power points may be used to fuel manifestations (like a cognizance crystal) or transferred back to your power point pool as a free action. Transferring power points in this fashion requires you to be touching the cognizance psicrystal. This is an exception to the rule that you can not refill your power point reserve with another source like this.

You cannot gain or benefit from more than one Superior Psicrystal feat.
