You have learned to place a mark of ratified akasha upon an ally, marking them as one of your vassals.
Prerequisites
Vassalage class feature.
Benefit
By spending one hour in mediation with an ally within your reach, you can place a mark of vassalage upon them. The marked ally is treated as one of your vassals while they are within your demesne. If you are a veilweaver, you may place this mark as part of weaving your veils for the day. This mark can be sundered and identified as if it were a veil, using your hit dice as your veilweaving level if you aren’t a veilweaver. This mark is a supernatural effect.
You may place only a single mark of vassalage at a time, marking a second creature removes the mark from the original target.
This mark can be invested with essence as if it were a title veil, granting the marked creature 1 temporary hit point at the beginning of each of their turns for each point of essence invested. These temporary hit points persist until the beginning of their next turn. If the mark becomes suppressed, the marked creature does not gain temporary hit points while it is suppressed and any temporary hit points granted by it are immediately lost.
You gain 1 point of essence.
Special
You can take this feat multiple times. You may place a mark of vassalage on a number of allies equal to the number of times you have gained this feat. You may mark multiple creatures as part of a single hour of meditation. Each mark is considered a separate akashic receptacle for the purposes of essence investment, sundering, and suppression.
