You can bind a second veil to one of your chakras or bind a veil and use a magic item.
Prerequisites
Constitution 13, ability to weave five or more veils.
Benefit
When you gain this feat, choose one chakra to which you can bind veils. Once made, this choice cannot be changed.
You are able to weave and bind two different veils to the chosen chakra simultaneously. If you bind only a single veil to the chosen chakra, you may also gain the effects of a magic item which occupies that body slot.
For example, if you choose the hands slot, you could then bind two veils to your hands or bind one veil and also benefit from a pair of magic gloves.
Special
You can gain this feat multiple times. Its effects do not stack. Each time you take the feat, it applies to a new chakra.
Normal
Without this feat, each chakra slot can only have one veil attached, and binding a veil to that chakra prevents you from benefiting from a magic item in the associated body slot.
