Monstrous Blood feats are a type of Heritage feat which is available to those with a monstrous creature as an ancestor, specifically a Doppelganger, Hag, Lycanthrope, Minotaur, or Vampire. To take a monstrous blood feat, you must possess the Monstrous Bloodline feat, a monstrous ancestral bloodline through another means, be a member of a race descended from one of the ancestors listed above, or have a class feature specifically granting you access to monstrous blood feats.
As a type of Heritage Feat, any creature that is one of the specific creatures listed above may select these feats as though they possessed the Monstrous Bloodline feat and a number of bloodline levels equal to their Hit Dice. (This does not actually grant them an ancestral bloodline.) They must meet all other prerequisites before selecting a feat.
