Your training with ki improves the powers of your ki attacks, though stronger attacks require more ki.
Prerequisites
Base attack bonus +7, ki pool, any ki attack (such as the ki strikes class feature or any Ki Feat which grants a ki attack).
Benefit
You unlock the Adept form of all ki attacks you know. This typically allows you to spend more ki points on the attack to improve the effect.
For example, if you have this feat and the Aligned Ki Strike feat, each time you use that feat, you may choose to spend 1 ki point to add an alignment to your attack and +1d6 damage or to spend 2 ki points to add an alignment and 2d6 damage to the attack.
Special
A monk with the Adept Ki Strikes class feature is considered to have this feat for the purpose of meeting prerequisites.
