Arcane Bond

Arcane Lore 4 ranks, arcane caster level 3rd.

This feat grants you the ability to craft a powerful arcane focus called a Bonded Focus. Doing so takes 24 hours and uses up magical materials that cost 100 gp. This focus takes the form of an amulet, ring, staff, wand, or weapon.

You choose the kind of item you craft. As the you advance your arcane spellcaster level, your focus also increases in power.

Your staff’s effective level is equal to the sum of all your levels that grant or advance arcane spellcasting, maximum equal to your Hit Dice.

You cannot have both this feat and Obtain Familiar. The two feats are mutually exclusive.
