Constitution 13, Psionic Meditation, Biokinetic Adept, psychic enervation ability.
Benefit
If you would lose power points as the result of psychic enervation, you may instead lose an equal number of hit points.
If you possess the Overchannel feat, you may increase the intensity of your wild surge by +1. Doing so increases your chance for psychic enervation by 20%. (The benefits of wild surge and Overchannel still do not stack.)
