Prerequisites
Armor proficiency (light), cultivator level 3rd.
Benefit
While using this style, you can become centered while wearing light armor and may gain and use ki as long as you otherwise remain centered.
Special
Some monk abilities are limited while wearing armor. Your monk AC bonus is limited by your armor’s maximum Dexterity bonus, and you apply the armor check penalty to the concentration check when you meditate to gain ki. Your fast movement and other speed increases are added to your base speed before being modified by your armor.
Normal
Monks cannot become centered or use ki while wearing armor.
