Benefit
You may select one target and use your natural charms to wreak havoc on his ability to concentrate and function. Your target suffers a -4 penalty to all concentration checks and all Charismas-based skills for a number of hours equal to half your ranks in Persuasion, minimum 1.
If you are out of sight of your target, the duration of this effect is reduced to 1 minute per rank in Persuasion.
You may only affect one target at a time with this feat.
