Benefit
You may use your Charisma modifier instead of your Constitution modifier to determine bonus hit points at 1st level. You use your Constitution modifier as normal for all levels after 1st. Increasing or decreasing your Charisma can affect these hit points just as increasing or decreasing Constitution.
In addition, you quickly shrug off effects that damage your appearance. For the purposes of natural healing, you treat any Charisma damage as Charisma burn—naturally healing at a rate of 1 point per minute while you Rest—and treat Charisma drain as Charisma damage—naturally healing at a rate of 1 point per day rather than being permanent. This does not affect magical healing.
