Expanded Spell Access

Spellcasting with limited Spell Access, caster level 3rd.

You may access one additional spell of any level up to one level lower than the highest-level spell you can cast. You may change the accessed spell as normal for your class.

You can gain this feat multiple times. Each time, you are able to access one new spell at any level up to one less than the highest-level spell you can cast, but you may not access more than one additional spell of each spell level.

For example, if you take this feat twice and can cast up 3rd-level spells, you could access one additional 0-, 1st-, or 2nd-level spell but not a 3rd-level spell, as that is the highest level spell you can cast. You could select one 1st- and one 2nd-level spell, but you could not access two 2nd-level spells, because they must be different spell levels.
