For the purposes of researching new spells or psionic powers, your Intelligence score is considered to be 5 points higher than its actual value, allowing you to learn up to 5 additional levels of spells or psionic powers.
Special
You may take this feat up to three times. Its effects stack. You must have an Intelligence score of at least 17 to take it a second time and at least 21 to take it a third time.
Normal
You can learn a maximum number of spells/powers beyond those granted by your class whose combined total spell level is less than or equal to your Intelligence score.
