People know you and generally like you enough to render small favors and minor assistance. Your gleaming personality and winning manner makes strangers think of you as a friend even if they've only known you for a few minutes.
Prerequisites
Intelligence 13, either Streetwise 3 ranks or Urbanite feat.
Benefit
When in a public place, such as a market or tavern, you can quickly scan the crowd to find someone you know. Make a Streetwise check (using your Charisma modifier instead of your Intelligence modifier) against DC 20. You gain a +1 circumstance bonus on this check for every week you’ve spent in the same urban area, to a maximum of +10. If your check is successful, you recognize one acquaintance you know who is generally favorable towards you or who thinks of you as a friend. For every 5 points by which you exceed the DC, one additional acquaintance in the crowd also knows and is favorable towards you.
You immediately recall the name of any such acquaintances, and they are willing to grant minor favors or offer assistance, so long as they are not placed in immediate danger or required to break the law. They will answer a few questions, give directions, or refer you to local places they know about. Acquaintances will not fight for you, though they will run to the nearest guard on your behalf or allow you to hide in their cart or take other proactive measures that are not dangerous for them.
Each acquaintance is only willing to grant a single favor. You can only use this feat to look for acquaintances once in any given crowd, after which you may not use it again until you move to a new area or sufficient time has passed for new people to have entered the area.
